When will I receive my free $7 credit?
You will immediately receive the credit the moment you sign up. Only new accounts are eligible for the credit.
How does the IP allowed list work?
For improve security, only IP addresses of incoming request that you trust can call your API endpoint.
How will I be billed?
We use an account balance system. Instead of being charged directly to your credit card every month, you add funds to your account. Your usage then draws from your balance automatically.
How are MAUs (monthly active users) counted?
Monthly active users are based on the number of distinct emails that have a session token during a billing cycle. If the email on the social account (e.g., Google, Microsoft, or Apple) is the same, then it will not be counted.
How does automatic region failover work?
To minimize downtime in a region, we have an additional backup server that is close to the main server. We will seamlessly switch to the backup server when it detects an outage to keep your API endpoint operational.
